There is no support form and no second inbox. Everything arrives at info@basestep.io, and we read it ourselves.
Support question
Is something not working, or do you not understand a step? Write which page or which screen it is and what you expected; a screenshot helps. If it is about accessibility, the accessibility statement says what has already been checked. We do not answer personal tax questions: an adviser is the right place for those.
Business
Partnerships, press, a question about an invoice or about the terms: the same address. This button fills in the subject line for you, so your message ends up on the right pile.
Security report
If you find a vulnerability, mail it to the same address, with enough detail to reproduce it. The subject line is already filled in. Do not publish anything until it has been fixed. The same address is in our security.txt. We promise no bug bounty and no response time.
We do not state a response time here. As long as there is no response time that we have published and live up to, any promise about it is an empty promise.
