the platform

Everything that comes after the prototype.

Build, launch, earn, understand: the path after the build tool, from the first idea to your first tax return, and your bookkeeping stays exportable.

Not tax advice; you file yourself. Read the disclaimer

Not live yet? First read the guide from prototype to live: the nine steps between a working prototype and a project that runs.

the path

Four phases, in depth.

What you do: you choose a project type: Website, Web shop, Web app or Compass, or you start blank; for each type you see in one sentence where the journey is heading.

What the platform provides: a three-step wizard: type, template, confirm.

The result: a filled board with the right tasks for your type.

What you do: build in your own AI tool, with guidance.

What the platform provides: templates that fill your project in a single action, skills and UI components with the AI prompt included.

The result: a product that earns trust.

What you do: go live, with real help at the technical step.

What the platform provides: the recipe for going live and the health check: secure, findable, the legal minimum.

The result: you take your project live yourself by following the recipe, and you tick off the step.

What you do: get found, maintain, earn.

What the platform provides: maintenance tasks that are set up automatically for each project type.

The result: a product that does not quietly fall apart.

the board

Light enough to keep using.

Three columns, tasks with checklists, priority, deadlines with reminders, recurring tasks and your own labels. And above the board there is always one recommended next step: you always know what to do now.

the toolbox

The right building block at the right moment, prompt included.

Skills

Ready-made knowledge in learning paths: from strategy and copywriting to development, security and the legal side.

UI components

Copyable parts in HTML and React: you view html components live in an isolated environment; react components come as code with a props table. Every component comes with an AI prompt.

Templates

Complete starter packs that fill your board with tasks and the matching building blocks in a single action; some of the templates include a recipe for going live. With versions and a changelog; never any changes you did not ask for.

the administration

Exact from day one, and honest about what is not in it yet.

Module by module, in the register that belongs to it: cool and exact.

Quotes with legally valid click-to-accept.

A precise record of who accepted when.

Invoices that are legally correct.

Gap-free numbering once final, PDF and e-invoice, a payment QR code, and a legally complete reminder procedure.

Expenses, hours, mileage and business assets.

Entry with a split screen and a Tab-Enter flow, and depreciation where it applies.

Import and match bank statements, without a link.

CAMT.053, MT940 or CSV: your bank stays your business.

Real journal entries, a verifiable audit log with a hash chain, and an XAF audit file.

Periods that lock, and a cryptographic chain that makes tampering visible. You keep your receipts yourself: the platform does not store files.

the reminder procedure
  1. Payment reminder
  2. Formal reminder
  3. Notice of default (ingebrekestelling)

Legally complete, and every step stays your choice: nothing ever goes out on its own.

the crown jewel

Tax software that explains instead of filling in.

The engine calculates your VAT (btw) per return box and gives an estimate of your income tax; the Dutch tax authority (Belastingdienst) sets the assessment. The engine keeps track of your kleineondernemersregeling (KOR, the Dutch small businesses VAT scheme), calculates your reserve, and says honestly when something is outside its reach. You file yourself and understand exactly what you are doing.
